Thanks for the input
@ghutchison14078 i have an issue with that particular one however, i really require the surfaces to be movable. So i can bring the keyboard to a " normal " position as well as the mouse. These to me look fixed in place.
I know exactly what you mean; that was one of the reasons I also opted for the Obutto (to go from flight mode with HOTAS to first person mode with mouse and keyboard). However they keyboard tray on the swing arm was also pretty bad, very difficult to get it stable. I even tried a few mods on the tray, a friend of mine is a fabricator and we tried a few modified mounting brackets with extra support arms, but the tray would bounce about and sag down at the unsupported side when in use, in my opinion it was just to damn heavy to be stable with only one side supported by the mounting column.
Also with a hotas in place it was nearly impossible to maneuver the tray from its "swung out the way" position to infront of you without removing the joystick or throttle unit, depending on which side you mount the keyboard tray. Even using the acrylic table tops wasnt an option, as they dont come far enough to the centre, or far enough forward to allow the keyboard to sit in a "normal" position.
The off-centre keyboard mounting in that pic I posted of the game is this one here:

It is optional to have it either mounted to the side as per the pic, or you could have it mounted centrally. i.e where the hotas is in the pic. This is my plan, as I would never game with the HOTAS mounted in front like that, always to the sides; with the keyboard in the centre compartment like the pic below, or using that mounting tray in the centre to bring the keyboard closer to me.
I'm not trying to tell you how to spend you money; but I really CANT recommend the Obutto, especially given the price of it.
My fabricator friend I mentioned worked out that there is about a maximum of £60 worth of steel in the frame, I'd guess you could pick up a similar chair and mounting bracket for less that £100. And maybe a few more £'s for the acrylic table tops and various accessories.
Don't get me wrong, it does look very cool once built and with all the hardware and screens mounted on it; but in practical daily gaming use and value for money it leaves a lot to be desired.
