creators update + power cut has rendered me frustrated tonight. however we've got a new member in the org so we've got that going for us lol

Got my stick configured this morning and used TrackIR in the Glaive for the first time, quite unusual :D Find flying with stick so much more enjoyable though, might still give dual sticks another go later though. Never say never!
 
SiDeards73 feel free to fire any questions into this thread and we'll answer them, first thing to remember though is that it's not a game yet, it's still a lot of modules which are like mini-games, much of the fun is player made there's not a huge amount of content.

Having said that several of us are probably way past the 500 hour mark in time we've spent playing the various modules. :)

It's a good racer and rather rare so don't apply an upgrade to another ship, you can get around $50-60 for then now but being a limited offer if you melt it for store credit ( $0 so no point) or upgrade it you'll lose it forever.
 
There's a few typos on the schedule (MISC instead of Drake etc) but I think some of it, especially ships is on it to reduce questions about when they're coming etc and will be changed later anyway !
 
Just remember Crusader performance is impacted by the servers, doesn't matter what spec of PC you have it'll rarely be great. Other modules like Arena commander are fine though.
 
Doesn't help that they keep changing the damn controls lol

I'm probably going to make a Roccat Powergrid for gimbals etc when I get a moment. All the controls that I use but can't justify on stick/throttle basically.
 
It's still in alpha mate, you can earn points (called REC) to spend on loan components and ships to try out and you can earn alpha cash (aUEC) in the test persistent universe although right now all you can do is buy armour and weapons.
 
Not feeling the Banu Defender.. has high hopes for it. Visibility in the cockpit looks awful but I'll grab a ccu incase they improve it. Internals look fine.
