So I tried a friends 890 Jump... amazing ship, Stupidly massive, Completely impractical and totally useless outside of roleplay but absolutely gorgeous.

Parked it on 1 of the garden terraces in Orison to see if it would fit... it does !

They also showcased Pyro with the 400i 2 years ago now ?... and still no Pyro.

I'm in a military focused Org now although people do all game loops and we do play some other games together. We run a few events a week and these events and the people are the only reason I've played as much as I have.

We have decided to effectively bench FPS events though as it's just a bit too unstable in the PU. We'll still do some tank battles, races etc. and they tend to work well and are a good laugh. I've had some great fps fights but there is a good chunk of hoping the desync favours you.

If that ever arrives they'll likely make a mess of it then come up with new excuses why they need a few hundred million more and that it'll be another decade maybe by which time they'll need another few hundred million and around and around and around.

We all know this is exactly what's going to happen.

I do believe they have around a year to get SQ42 out the door or we'll start to see major consequences for them.

At some point I can see someone starting a lawsuit against them as they so far have failed non stop for 10 years straight to deliver on all of their promises and considering they have near $600 Million given to them by the public it will hopefully get ugly for Chris Roberts.

Their legal department already claim the game is full released. Or more, if people play for a few hundred hours then they can't claim it's a scam to get a refund

They just need to stop with any more promises if they have not done so already. And put maximum effort in to getting SQ42 out the door. That will keep a lot of people happy for a few years and take the pressure off.

Thats what they are doing..

That is why pyro and server meshing is taking ages to do because only about 5 people are working on the PU/MMO part of the game...
