Online coffee beans retailer

Has anyone tried those air tight canisters for storing their beans?
I've had a couple of bags recently that don't quite hold the seal. I'd rather not let them air out overnight before realising.
I'm using an AirScape at the moment and so far its been very good. The 1Kg canister is HUGE and could quite easily hold 2Kg if you wanted it to. It can easily hold 1Kg of beans then above the pull out seal it'll also hold my AeroPress, scoop, hand grinder and a smaller bag of different beans.

It seems to be doing its job though as my beans are now 45 days old and I've not had to tighten the grind at all to accommodate degradation.

anyone tried the currently monthly special from Wogan coffee please - MONTHLY SPECIAL - ETHIOPIA BANKO GOTITI G1

I'm thinking of placing an order, for 2x1kg and 1st kg is going to be the COLOMBIA FINCA LA LAGUNA RESERVA but not sure which other to go for

I have mention the following place already in this thread, been necking their coffee for years.

It turns out that I am a brave person.

Trying some beans from another Liverpool based roasters.
Particularly Sefton Park Blend from

https://www.westcoastcoffee.shop/

It's not bad tbh, it's a nice sup for a Sunday morning.

I drink filter.

Foundry Coffee Sheffield
Horsham Coffee Roaster

the best coffee I have bought for consistency and quality.

The best value subscription I have found is Cast Iron Coffee Roaster although their roast is a touch too dark sometimes.

That pretty damn cool.

Glad to see the Bad Boy Bakery idea has moved into other prisons producing other products.

Deffo gonna get my next batch of gogo juice from there.
It is! I have been there inside and seen their operation. I did enter and leave on the same day before anybody asks :p

enjoyed the bag of Monsoon Malabar from Rave - although nothing particularly stood out - just a nice all round Espresso, smooth with a slight peppery taste

anyone tried Mexican coffee please ? there is the Monthly special from Wogan at the moment I'm tempted to try - its £27 for a kg

bit more than I like to pay normally but am interested to try if decent

Tried Grind a while back, both their whole beans and Nespresso pods.
The beans were amongst the worse coffee I've tasted. Not sure if I had a bad batch or what but it actually didn't taste like a coffee. Have ground beans and brewed coffee for years so not a noob by any means.
Also that and the pods were really weak tasting even though I went for the stronger ones.

received some interesting coffee from Wogan the other day - first tried this morning

very interesting taste - Ethiopia, Anasora Farm - Anaerobic Wine Fermentation

It's definitely different just not sure I love it or dislike it yet

initial sweet taste almost, then the bitter and tangy taste
