3 seperate 'minimilistic text' widgets would be my guess... positioned so they fit in with the wallpaper

The background can be found here

The text, temps, weather & time are done using a program call 'Make Your Widget Pro'

The desktop and launcher is controlled by 'Zeam launcher'

I have saved the save files needed to recreate the desktop if anyone wants them. Maybe tweak them to get them to look even better.

They are they standard app icons. Ill extract them from there applications for you tomorrow if you want them.
