Post your mobile phone desktop!

I just tried the more minimalistic look, but it just makes all your other screens look 'messy', and you start going down a slippery slope until you have only 1 screen..

Now I've tried 101 widgets and looks I might just go back to function over form, and make use of the real estate of dropping the dpi down to 190 on a DHD, hiding the notification bar..

yep, most are just normal update .zip's roms/radio updates/themes/kernals etc.. all done the same way :)

Done and done :)
Just found an annoying thing out, with the EVO there is some GPS code that no-one on XDA can figure out  and get working with Gingerbread properly :(
Heading back to a Froyo mix of sorts

Here is just the home screen for now :)

Want to change the notification bar icons (wifi, battery etc) but not sure how :(

I reached a very successful (by my own estimations, obvs) compromise by using Folder Organizer to create 4 groups of apps (internet/comms, calendar/"management", games, nerdy tools) containing relevant apps and have these folders set to open on a swipe of four of the LP dock icons, with a tap of the icon bringing up the most common one in each. Means I can get to 20+ things very easily but the desktop remains (relatively, given i like at-a-glance weather/battery info) clutter free

Seeing as I've just recently started using Widget Locker, I thought I'd share my lockscreen :)

Found the sliders on the XDA WL Themes thread, they were originally blue (from Honeycomb) but I changed them to red to suit my style :)

Will stick them in my dropbox if anyone wants them (in red or blue...)

Hi all!

Just got a lovely HTC Desire :) And i'm loving it.

Followed Khaaan! 's thread on flashing and now running DeFrost which is awesome :)

Just wondering how i can change the themes, the status bar along the top that displays WiFi, 3g etc, i'd like to change the colour of this. Is this something you can change once you have a custom ROM on the phone or is this tried down to the ROM's?

Cheers

Head over to the Ultimate Online Theme Kitchen at http://uot.dakra.lt - been quite slow lately but still working well :) all you need is your ROM's 'framework-res.apk' I (or someone else if I'm not quick enough lol) can tell you where to pull it from your ROM zip file if you don't know how to find it :)
