odd i dont get any lag using the drag down gesture to open the app tray
i like how you can uninstall an app from within the app tray menu/uninstall

You can do that in LP too, just drag an icon to the dustbin and hold it there for 2 secs to go to the uninstall screen for that app.

Zeam's launcher tray is using a lower framerate when opening though compared to ADW EX and Launcher Pro. It's on the same level as the stock launcher. Most people probably won't notice it but long time LP/ADW users will.

been using LP for over a year maybe the open animation is faster but id say zeam's is more fluent and natural with no tearing

To me Zeam is perfect bar 1 feature - the inability to make the app folder icons smaller, allowing more on each row. If it had this I'd be using it over Launcherpro without question.

All the dock has gone apart from the one to load up the App Drawer, I need to find something that is invisible that I know is there so I can open up Whats App

*Edit* I have sorted out my whats app problem, if I click the time then it takes me to whats app

If you use Launcher Pro then you could set a gesture for the app drawer icon (ie swipe on it instead of clicking and it'll open What's App).

Unfortunately I have that set to open Facebook.
The social media button I have has ebuddy, facebook, ping chat, gmail, Skype and Whats App in there.

I have over come it though!

On the time, you can set it to an activity or task, so I've set it to that

If you you install smart shortcuts then set lo to a smart shortcut label that you have created for gesture swipes on LP. Much better for launching folders this way for social apps etc. Much better.

What you are saying is instead of having my folder button on the screen, have that set to a swipe on the dock?

If that is the case that could work. I'd replace the button from the screen to a standard Facebook app button

yeah that's what I do, have various categories in smart shortcuts and they show up as folders once gestures are set on LP dock icons.

I used to have that with my old layout, a few folders would appear with the swipe method.
One for games and one for bookmarks.

I am going to try this layout for a little bit, will probably change it very soon

That strip you have with icons in the middle, it'd be really cool if just that was scrollable. A big rotation of icons that you choose
