Wout Poels was insane today. The pace he set at the front up the last few climbs completely neutralised any other GC teams intentions of attacking. And he had time to pop a can of coke near the top.... ahem....

Today as expected wasn't much in gc due to the week to come. I love seeing the laces tho. Alaphillipe proper unlucky. Great ride from him. Hopefully another cav win tomorrow!

I doubt he'll manage it, but I would love for Tony Martin to TT the entire stage and lead Alaphillipe to victory. Martin is an absolute machine.
