My vga power cables aren't long enough to be routed, so it's just a direct route from gfx to psu

Now I've connected almost everything

And the very messy back of the case:

To be honest, I've kept it just about as neat as I possibly can, even though it looks pap.

Yeah, my plan was to use the silver coil and save the pt nuke for if/when I dissemble my loop for maintenance.

you can reuse the coil you know :p

i've been using nuke for a while and i've noticed the colouring going from purple to blue where the plasticiser is clogging up in my cpu block, so the dye is starting to stick to it... going to buy a new block soon and do away with the damn dye, it's not worth the hassle!

Okay, I'm starting to get quite annoyed. Nearly all my psu cables are too short to do any decent cable management, so atm half of them are running down the middle of the case!

This includes:

gpu 6 pin and 6+2 pin
24pin atx
p4

It's starting to look quite messy

without looking at your pics (already in quote and cba to flick back), have you got any holes in the motherboard tray? there should be enough length on them to route through that and back to the cards. failing that, get some of the pre-braided extensions - not only do they look good, but they won't void your psu warranty should it go pop :)

I got a prebraided psu extension, and I've used that.

The holes in the motherboard tray could be used, but one is far too low and the other is too far away.

EDIT: the nzxt ones are quite expensive, but the phobya ones are cheap...

ahh see what you mean.

i didn't have any pre-cut holes in my mobo tray, but a bit of dremmeling later and i've got them at decent heights for the components.

might be worth doing if/when you tear it down for a spring clean :)

Just turned it on for the first time....

I recorded my results and I'll put it on youtube for you guys in a sec.

But.... the top fan in the door of my case is making a really annoying sound, like it's scraping against something. I've no idea what it could be
