Russell Brand.

He definitely plays up to his audience as he knows how to hit them algorithms. A bit CT on some stuff, fairly balanced on other subjects. I feel quite indifferent toward him.

Will be interesting to see how serious these allegations are.

There was a time when liberal people didn't like corporate greed and questioned those in charge. Now they just lap it up.

I actually treated myself to a 55" G3 as an upgrade. Not cheap but damn what a step up :D Need to update my sig.

Is this story coming out in the Times or Sunday Times?
 
I swear this guy's got a pretty small d and crap with the ladies. But he pays people to tell the world otherwise.

I think he did very well with the ladies, certainly back in the day. I used to live just around the corner from Noel Fielding about 16 years ago. I used to see him at weekends walking down to the cafe by Parliament Hill tennis courts and so often he'd have a girl on each arm and he's not what you'd call classically good looking, though he's very funny. Brand was a good looking guy and funny, I can totally see why he'd have been a hit with the ladies.
 
He's great, I love him. Occasionally I find myself speaking to people who I think might be a bit odd and can't quite tell if I'm dealing with someone actually intelligent, or someone who should probably be kept away from the crayons. I mention Russell Brand and if their face lights up like that Pixar lamp then it instantly removes all doubt.

Brand is a very handy person for this.

I want to know why you think he's pretty clever - is it just because he uses "big words" (wrongly) or is it something else?

It can only be the big words, of course. You're so clever you'd be able to work out other reasons if they existed.
 
Thing is he's not an unintelligent man. In fact I reckon he's quite smart, he just has opinions and views that make him an idiot, and he tries to make himself sound smarter with his vocabulary. Anyone with a modicum of intelligence can see through this articifial facade he puts up to attempt to convince others that he is intelligent meaning that most of his followers leave much to be desired in the mental capabilities department.
 
Ok, I just watched half of his clip and he's obviously been accused of something sexual.

Nice, that's the next season of interesting courtcases done then. Hope it's not too many episodes though, last season (Depp vs Herd) went on a bit long.
