I don't think it was a paper launch it looks more like a case of there is more profit to be made from selling a full system over a single CPU.

"They" as in OCUK? Website still says pre-order and ETA 8th August. Ive not had a dispatch notification yet and I ordered mine on the 15th July.

Im happy to wait for my OCUK order. Was just confused as to why the website said no stock and people were saying otherwise.

stop what exactly? they may pay for these forums, but dont act like they arnt hosted for them to make money. which is entirely fair, however no one broke any rules. no competitor was discussed only stock levels, which isnt breaking any rules.

- Posting links to or the mentioning of auction sites
- Disguising attempts to do any of the above
none of this was done.

Hinting about product availability at competitors, that was discussed a few times, @JediFragger is correct this needs to stop from everyone, at this time it's just a polite warning

With my luck I'm expecting to be somewhere between 60 and 70 in the queue. I ordered on the 9th.
Damn, now you have raised my hopes way too high, if it ships today it should arrive before the weekend for me(I'm outside UK).
