4.1 all core and 4.25 single, not that im that happy about it though. So I all core manually clocked it to 4.35ghz
I assume that's with heavy load? What's it like with light load? i.e. browsing etc

Theirs bins are rock solid on the speeds they sell. They wont tell whats the duration but Hours of non-AVX Prime95, AVX Prime95, and Intel Linpack need to pass.I don’t get there binning process tbh the 3800x prebinned at 4.3ghz at 1.3v but the 3900x is 4.2ghz at 1.25v.
I think I got lucky with my cpu it’s stable at 4.3ghz at the1.2875v which if it was a 3800x on there site it would have been a top 3800x but since it’s a 3900x I’m. It sure lol

My 2700x binned for [email protected] was stable running all core 4275 all core with 3533cl14 passing hour of prime ibt and realbench. So they must test for longer than 1 hour max xonstant load.
Mine is stable at 4.35 1.35v or 4.3 1.3v, that's good? This, i'm also looking at voltages, 4.2Ghz are all well under 1.3v, that's a golden chip, how many here are AVX prime95 stable at 4.2Ghz 1.25v?
I can't even get mine Cinebench stable at 4.2Ghz 1.4v
If i remember when I'w put heavy AVX load stock 3900x was running 4050mhz and pumping 1.28 to stay stable. This, i'm also looking at voltages, 4.2Ghz are all well under 1.3v, that's a golden chip, how many here are AVX prime95 stable at 4.2Ghz 1.25v?

Sweet!AVX Prime95? yes. It is.
silicone lottery my last core nr12 is worst,. I'ts one that cant get 4400 max is 4375 on it.Sweet!
@Zeed my bro, all my chiplets and chips are 4.35 no problem I don't seem to have a lesser ccx!
With the X570 Master im now seeing 4,550Mhz boosts on a few of the cores in the 1st CCX on my 3900X
On the X370 gaming K5 it never pushed passed 4,250Mhz
All default setting (just loaded XMP for RAM) + latest AMD drivers
What cooling do you have?
HW infoJust got my 3900x up and running. What software should I use to monitor, OC, etc?
I use cpu z, but that always uses core 1.What's the best way to check how high a single core will boost? I've tried running Prime95 with a single worker expecting it to run on the fastest core. However Ryzen Master shows that it always runs on core 10 which is the slowest core of CCD1 CCX1. That runs at about 4.15GHz. If I run with 12 workers they all run at 4.05GHz and EDC is at 100% of 140A. Haven't set any of the overclocking controls yet, everything is set to default / auto. Running on an Asus x570 TUF Gaming with 32GB (2x16) @3733 cl16.

You might be better on auto oc or pbo on ryzen master so you can increase your edc and the other 2 limits
Thanks for this, because I read your post it was a a quick fix for me when I was having random crashes even in the bios. Even when XMP was not selected the DRAM voltage was only set to 1.22v instead of 1.35v. Once I manually set it correctly then all good. My system:Be aware same board and setting to xmp did not increase my ram volts to 1.35 do it manually.
Is your PSU non modular? You should really be plugging into all the power connectors on the motherboard. There are two motherboard connections for CPU power, an 8 pin and a 4 pin. My PSU only has an 8 pin connector. Is it worth getting a new PSU with the extra 4 pin too?
