I also own a Nexus, but thinking of buying a Note. Seeing as you have both, when do you use the Nexus?
If you're buying one then just buy mine! Trust

I've have the same issue, the link above explains it though
Thanks for the responses. I had seen the same link in my search but it seemed to be a Tegra problem and was fixed with a rom. Weird that not everyone experiences it.
Another potential video problem that I'd be grateful if anyone could check... In the "lightness & stillness" Samsung video that comes with the device, in the section with water bubbles and white background that begins at around 00:15 I get a pulsating/flashing halo effect in the white background, most noticable at about 00:20.
I've seen it a couple of other times in videos with white backgrounds but I'm unsure if this kind of thing is common with SAMOLED displays. I've not seen anyone mention it before though.
What about that flickering in flash videos? How did you solve it? Thanks.
Hi, have you solved that annoying flicker in flash videos? I have my Note just for one day but this issue is driving me crazy. I am trying to search all over the internet, but with no luck.
Please, help me someone
Got a Note yesterday and am still using the last couple months of my "O2 35 on iPhone 24 month" contract.
I've noticed my wifes APN settings are idata.o2.co.uk with the same contract and on her iPhone 4... after inserting my sim into the Note it's using wap.o2.co.uk.
Edit, I think it's just the different between iPhone and non-iPhone tariffs:
http://mobileguide.o2.co.uk/devices/device.jsp?deviceId=666&tab=8&step=2&settingId=3303
Is there anything they can say if I'm using an iPhone tariff/sim in a different phone?
Just did a very quick test:
BBC iplayer (in browser): Flickering when zoomed out, fine when full screen
Youtube (in browser): Flickering when zoomed out and when full screen.
Beyond checking that it wasn't a fault with my device specifically i've not looked into it much further.
Not that i am aware of. Its quite possible at the very end of the year.
But i don't think its worth your while holding off if that's what your planning
