Silo - By Hugh Howey - May 5th

Still seems to be moving very slowly given the amount of material they have to get through, especially if the history and prequel in Book 2 is going to be covered in any depth. Far too much time being spent in Silo 18 adding all sorts of padding rather than over in 17, where we got about two minutes at the end of Juliette and Solo. I know we've discussed that it's not necessary to stick too close to the books, but this stage of the story was told very much from the POV of what was happening in 17, not 18 and certainly not all the window dressing.

It was better paced, but i don't really care about the internal power struggle - i want answers about what has happened, why the silos, what is outside, is it global etc.

But ofc once we have those answers, the show will be over, so just enjoying the ride.
None of that answered until the 2nd book really.

shutting down the radios might be the show runners way to get walker working on fixing the sheriffs radio which would be similar to the books and they might make contact with solo 1 or Juliet?
