Silo - By Hugh Howey - May 5th

If you like behind the scene footage and how shows are filmed, the Adam Savage Tested channel is well worth a watch. He has quite a few videos up from Silo as he was/is involved in the production.

How did she hold her breath for that long? As above, the 'bends' Solo took time to explain about and then nothing. What i was expecting was, again as above, she would find pocket(s) of air, but from discovering the rope had been cut, she had no air and then ascending - no way.

But a lot happened this week, was hoping it wouldn't finish! Kept me wanting more which can only be a good thing :)
Do you actually want to know? :)

For me, this is my point about them deviating from the books. The books didn't have her with the bends. Why did they put it in the TV show? Surely it was a pretty boring waste of time? I don't mind it being different, but they basically put filler stuff in...

Let down by this weeks episode after last weeks, was hoping for more but guess they've got to stretch it out for the next 2 episodes. Can't say I'm looking forward to Team Teen

Least it will appease the people who were stating there was no way she could come up that fast without it effecting her.

That is true. I'm glad she suffered a bit.

The only people holding my interest currently are Bernard and Lukas, everyone else has become irritatingly idiotic or suffering from overly drawn out storytelling.

They guy playing the new judge and his wife are annoying the hell out of me.

The show has become so dull and tedious to watch that I am beginning to lose interest.

As already mentioned, the Juliette arc is so poor now that we might as well rewatch her rebuilding a bridge.

Also wtf is going on with those 25second cuts in the last episode? Are the producers trying to be cool or something?

It’s bad enough that the Silo17 scenes are pitch black but we’re now reduced to Bernard and Walker talking in secret then it cuts to Silo17 for 25secs and then back to Bernard again - what stupid purpose did that serve? Cutting up a good scene into pieces?

You can’t see any proper emotion on their faces (Walker) because we have been thrown into Silo17.

Lukas is the only character doing actual work in this show and we’re reduced to him jumping out of character and threatening a family.

/me facepalms

It’s actually insane what the show runners are doing to the Juliet plot line when the book absolutely nails it and had me hooked. This is tragic and so boring compared to to the book :(
