For Sky Q - can you watch different channels on the mini boxes?
The Sky Q 2TB box will support viewing on up to 5 screens at a time: Main screen, two Sky Q Mini boxes and two tablets using the Sky Q App.
All 5 screens showing different programs at the same time.
Or
All 5 showing the same recorded program from different time positions in the program and all can pause play rewind or forward independently of each other.
No extra subscription over the extra £12 per month for multi screen.
However you do have to pay £99 per mini box for installation, over and above the first one.
Not that there is any real point in 5 minis as the main Sky Q box can only work with maximum of two at any one time.

Where did you get that offer? Via the webchat?
Bah Sky are annoying, was offered 50% off the entire package (TV & Internet) when I cancelled but I told them I'd need to think about.
Had nothing better come through so went back on live chat and said I'd accept that offer and now they're saying they can only offer 20%.
Might just go with youview through BT instead.
let them stop the service then you will get a better discount.
I watched a little of the footy yesterday and I had the sound drop out like you.On a side note, anyone else getting intermittent sound drop out on Sports today?
Only lasts for a split second but its every minute or two.
Only on sports as well, all other channels are fine.

Just put my cancellation in. Currently paying £40 per month for everything (1st year offer deal) going upto £80 per month after this month. Best they can offer is 40% off so £50.40 a month (for 10 months).
Problem is i wanted skyQ. If they matched my current £40 a month + £12 for SkyQ id have done it but not prepared to pay extra when others get better deals.
Will see if they try and tempt me with a better offer. If not the mrs will have to get a new customer deal. hopefully!
