Why, after all this time, has Sky not implemented some sort of system where mini boxes or users have their own sections of hard drive in recordings? Lumping it all together gets confusing when there are multiple users.

I know that, it just makes me laugh you have to always go the cancellation route and then low and behold you get a much better price. Case in point I've re-contracted the same package for £40, I'm happy with that.

Entertainment package £6.99 a month for 6 months
Ultra boost £4 a month for 6 months

I've got Entertainment at £3.99pm for 6 months and Standard Boost at £2pm for 6 months.

I cancelled my entertainment package a few days ago, but still has 4 months to run, see what offers hopefully come eventually. Decent price non the less, shouldn’t grumble.

I understand why they do it, but their problem is that it gives me time to think. Max is finally hitting the UK in Q1 2026, and Sky's Cinema package is...Not optimal. I think I've decided that I'd rather just pay for disney, netflix, apple and paramount (and Max when it hits the UK at the end of next year) and still save money, and still be able to stream UHD in every room in the house.
