Summer Transfer Thread 2019

It's exceptional business by Arsenal. We get a player of the calibre of Pepe at £70 mill and still work within a tiny budget. I think I read we are only paying Lille £20 mill this summer. That's exceptional wheeling and dealing in the market by the Gooners!

Problem I see is we are only just keeping pace with the other top 5 clubs. The only club I can see dropping down this season might be Chelsea due to Hazard sale and transfer ban.

This is shaping up to be a seriously competitive season!

Don't fancy Utd to do much tbh. They still look poor.

Well whats taking so long? Dybala is a risky buy so is Fernandes Maguire would have been worth the 80m and solid. James and Bissaka are also good buys i would have been happy enough with those but as usual United are pushing thier luck.

They have 18 days until i turn my back on them it really is disgusting haggling over 10m where as queen darcie glazer takes out a 11m loan against her stake in the club they never paid a penny for. The leeches have no money to pay the up front fee that is probably why we cannot pay them the money they want.

If we do get them and keep Pogba, I’ll be seriously optimistic.

A lot of guesswork going on at the moment though.

Yep just saw it pop up on my insta feed, about time as well.

Now can we sign a decent defender or 2 maybe. I really do not want to see Mustafi anywhere near our defence this season. He said he wants to stay to prove himself but chances of that are zero in all honesty.

Well let’s not get too carried away, not sure how Pepe will get on in the league. He was good in the French league but we all know how weak a league that is.

But yeh if he hits the ground running then mmmm mmmm that’s gonna be one hell of an attack force.
 
The Franch league is crap...lets have it right. Its Championship standard. He obviously stood out but its too early for the "up there with the best attacks in the league" shouts.
