I think PIG has done well for the club, it's hard to keep a good quality 2nd/3rd choice keeper and he has fulfilled that well. Came in when VDS was injured the season before last and played well. How many other clubs can say they've had 2nd/3rd choice keepers as good as Foster/PIG and Lindegaard/PIG?
Us,
Given and Taylor  :p

I'd say that's a very real possibility. God riddance to bad rubbish IMO

PIG even made me feel nervous during Red Nev's testimonial :o

De Gea and Lindeagaard next season and we're set!

If De Gea ever makes up his mind that is ( I dont know whether its the press making up **** again, or him really not making up his mind whether he wants to move) , hopefully in the next 10 days or so we should know for sure

Foster was better than PIG, but his lack of priorities was scary for such a big team (even as 2nd choice), hopefully Amos can push both of them as well (or is he going out on loan again?)

I honestly wouldn't mind selling Fabregas for £27m (or whatever is being touted), if they threw in Ibrahim Afellay as well.

That's it, sell one of the top five midfielders in the world for £7 million quid more than Jordan Henderson and a flavour of the month youngster that may or may not be the next Ryan Babel. I'm sure Arsenal fans are relieved you're not in charge of their transfers.

I'd love to sell them Fabregas for about the same amount they bought Chygrynskiy for, good deal for us!!!!!!! It's not as though he's one of the best midfielders in the world and by far our best player

I think PIG has done well for the club

Not for me he aint, maybe the performances of last season have clouded my memory but he was a liability against Blackburn, couldn't even survive a testimonial without making a **** up and I'll never forget it was him in goal when a long run of clean sheets ended in the 08/09 season (IIRC his only start in that run)

He had some okay games but I cant really remember him ever making any word class saves in games and IMO was totally unprofessional in his performance against West Ham in the Carling Cup when we lost 4-0 last season

Be glad to see the back of him

 Would have thought we'd be first on that list! Come on wenger!

Arsenal like to hide their youth players, so they don't get picked up by foreign clubs (Barca tried with both Afobe and Aneke) and to keep the pressure off, so it's hardly a surprise the club isn't involved.

Affeley is 25...

Henderson was just overpriced to be honest.

Reading that Wolves have turned their attention to Jonny Evans to improve their defence.

Cant be any worse than what we have at the moment, and would be one of 2 CB acquisitions this summer. We dont seem to be getting anywhere with Roger Johnson which is a shame, as I would like to have seen him at Wolves too. Not sure why we arent in for Cuellar, who villa only seem to want £3 million for?

Well ill be amused when we Sell Cole/Poulsen/Konchesky cause whilst their all crap and ill be glad their gone any one who thinks they would improve their team is silly :p

Source regarding our Mata move these are the quotes from goal.com
“If Liverpool are interested, then the player would also be interested to hear from them," said the source.

"While they are not playing in Europe next season, that would not be a hindrance, because Liverpool is a club with a big tradition.

“Yes, it’s true that there have been rumours linking Mata to Liverpool but I can say that so far there has been no formal contact or offer from the club.”

The source added: “Mata has offers on the table from Premier league teams that are in the Champions League next season.

"For now, he just wants to focus on the national team in Denmark at the moment but as soon as that is over he will consider his future.

"Mata is due back in Spain next week. There is a lot of speculation linking him to a move to the Premier League so he will sit down and make a decision about his future then.”

If true i can guess the teams would be City/Chelsea def City since they just chase players that other teams are.

I'd be extremely sad if Mata joined Liverpool, would love to see him at United. Class player and probably one of the few that dont already play for Barca or Real.
