Personally I'd be pleased if we kept our best players, that includes Nasri despite what DM says, and if we signed another CB, a left back to replace Clichy, a new forward and a new right sided winger. I think that Nasri, Arshavin and when he plays, Rosicky can cover the left just fine. Even though I'd like Arshavin central I doubt it's gonna happen and he gets enough goals and assists on the left side to be considered effective.

Yeah I too would be happy to keep our best players and let a few fringe players leave. A CB would has to come this season after all the injuries we had. Samba being my personal choice as I haven't seen Cahill play too much.

With Bendtner on his way out by the looks of it then we are either going to push Walcott upfront and give him a proper shot at it or I would like a "Worldclass" striker. Some selfish B###ard who is going to shoot left right and center :D

We can dream can't we? :D

I'd like to see Baines as Clichy's replacement, but I don't think Everton would be willing to sell unless Moyes has some players he wants but doesn't have the funds. I could see Baines being quite costly, but totally worth it. Can't say I've seen Samba much either apart from when the ****er is causing trouble for us at corners and free kicks. :p

From what I have seen he looks very much in the mould of Campbell when he was good. I haven't see a great deal of him but what I have done he has been great. Would add some much needed height to our team as well

Aguero agreed personal terms with Juventus according to Sky Italia but yet to agree a deal with Atletico. Not sure I understand his motive for wanting to go to Juve.

Big wages?

I am surprised he has gone there, especially considering there is no Champions League and that is the so called deal breaker for the top european players.
Would love him in the Premier League.

Their shareholders recently made a €100m investment for the team so maybe that has something to do with it.

Also @Marcotti(An Italian reporter) thinks that Atletico would want this news to come out to spur other bidders into action because they want the full €45m release clause and Juve only offered €35m apparently.

I'd pick Juve over City if I had the chance.

I never understand what articles like this mean. Isn't talking to a player without agreeing a transfer fee with the players contractual "employers" classed as "tapping up".

I doubt he would go to Juve, it makes no sense

Juventus may not be the club there were 10 years ago, but they're still one of the biggest clubs in the world. Some dodgy Arabian's investment might give City the edge economically, but football should be about far more than that.

Aye but you would assume that Aguero will want Champions League football, surely?

But footballers want to win things, especially strikers who are some of the best in the World. Juventus haven't won Serie A for a decade, and finished seventh last season... if I was a really, really good player now, I'd choose Citeh over Juventus, and that's ignoring the relative strength of the two leagues. Citeh are on the up, Juventus are in the doldrums.

Juve drew all 6 of their games in the Europa league and only scored 7 goals. lol. :(

Even Jo scored against Juventus :/ :p
He is one of the worst players to ever play in the Prem.

Juventus are a bigger team than us but like has been said they have a really poor team and have dropped considerably since the fixing scandal.
It is a bit weird Aguero has apparently gone there over all the clubs who were after him.

Just because Rooney drops deep in search of the ball doesn't mean that's where we should play him. I'm sick of us 'making do' in midfield (note the O'Shea midfield period...ugh).
