For 25 million I will carry him to old trafford myself. I like the lad but other than being english I don't see what all the fuss is about tbh.
No one is yet even sure what his position is or if he should even be a midfielder.

I don't see him being a great star of the future, just a standard solid young player. For his injury record and inability to realy break into the everton team despite injuries and sales if we are offered anything over 15 million we should bite your hands off.
 
Surprise surprise - its been confirmed that Costa @ OT at the weekend was a case of mistaken identity - even though no-one yet has identified who it actually was in the Directors box watching Utd beat Bolton

Another player I would bat an eyelid about losing for that kind of money. He's had maybe half a good season the whole time he's been at everton and at times is a friggin liability.

£20 million yes please, I've always assumed we would end up losing millions on this guy. To break even would be a dream come true, to make a profit well the story must be BS.

A kid we've signed from a Brazilian club in January.
 
Aquilani's agent has confirmed that Juve will have to pay ~£14m (€16m to be exact) and that he expects the deal to happen.

A bit of a shame as with the style of our play and system under Dalglish, he'd be a great addition to the squad. With all things considered though, that's a decent fee and would bump up our summer transfer kitty.
 
How much did you pay for him?

Agreed that under a different manager (whether it's Dalglish or someone else) you would have thought you'd give him a second try (obviously it's far from done and dusted that he is leaving)
 
Might be difficult for him to reintegrate into the team after a whole season away, to be honest I would be happy with 14m for him, we could spend 11m of that and buy keisuke Honda who I think is a better player
