Thats future PSGs problem. I assume they are hoping they win the CL before then so it either won't matter so much or it might be time for a rebuild anyway.
 
It's hilarious the hate Messi is getting, probably overblown simply due to the sheer amount of Madrid and United fans who believe Ronaldo is better.

The "play for free or way less" crowd outing themselves as knowing nothing about football or what that would do to the wage structure for everyone else.

I'm a United fan and Messi has always been head and shoulders above Ronaldo IMO purely on entertainment and wow factor. He could also play for £400-500k/week quite easily. What would him taking a paycut do to any wage structure anyway? He could play for free and that wouldn't change anything at any club. They aren't going to say "well Messi is playing for free so your £300k/week wage is crazy". Messi literally has 0 to do with how much other players are paid beyond his wage at Barca probably inflating the wages of other players on their pay role.

While I think Ronaldo is brilliant, Messi is on another level in terms of pure footballing ability. The only player I've been in awe of.
 
Its the debate of who is the better footballer vs who is the more dominant / effective footballer. In their prime I would much prefer to watch Messi in full flow. Ronaldo is efficiency personified but Messi is poetry in motion.

Nobody actually thinks Ronaldo is better though, I don’t even think Utd fans do either. Unless it’s for trolling purposes.

He can’t have played for free either as under Spanish law the contract can only be 50% less which would have still had the wages at 110% of their revenue.

Greizmann is on something like 800k p/w where’s the calls for him to take a significant pay cut? Messi getting a lot of blame for the **** poor management of the club over this last decade.

people should be annoyed that he’s taken the easy dull boring route going to the richest club in the world rather than the challenge of going to say Man Utd, Milan etc and getting them am back into the big time. Or taking a say Napoli to greatness and become a hero.
