Lovely day for a gentle 90min ride today, nice and comfy ~22C.
I think your just being a little bit over sensitive, neither that comment or the comment they replied to mentioned hot weather.

What on earth has happened to the weather today?! Its misty drizzly stuff where has the sun gone?! Storm lillian or something. Supposed to be semi heatwave later next week though

its just nothing like summer and yes i moan when its too hot ,usually in nice weather my neighbour sits out and passes me the odd ice cool Steller over the hedge, haven't seen him for ages, the other neighbour has the log burner on
Your other neighbour isn't robfosters by any chance?

It's around 22 degrees out but still nasty and rainy. The wind (not mine) was terrible when I went down to the coast road earlier and was almost blown away and not in a nice way.
I know, great ain’t it?I thought it was over but from next Wednesday forecast is 27c
I think some of us have a different idea of what's great.

it splattered in the carpark thankfully no one was around when it landed.
I had 3 pots on my balcony wall sitting towards the inside so any wind would blow them inwards, but the wind must have rotated one of the pots and walked it over the outside edge...

I feel for you.... My potted apple tree (patio size) got blown over onto my lawn and 15 apples were strewn about the grass
They are not meant to be ready to pick for about another 6-7 weeks so are a little on the sharp side eating wise. I might need to see if someone wants to make an apple pie or something from them.
I am left with 12 on the tree so hoping them will remain and ripen properly... On the positive, no branches were broken and it wil let the smaller apples grow a bit better due to less competition.
