Done some testing, primarily using aida cache memory benchmark as it's the easiest to do.
First up is standard XMP selected timings (14-14-14-31-76-312-1T)
Second up is tightened to (14-14-14-28-56-312-1T)
Third is tightened further to (14-14-14-28-52-300-1T)
CPU-Z bench was definitely a tad higher (6875 up to 6902 and 451 up to 462), but cinebench remained pretty much identical.
