Team Group Dark Pro "8 Pack Edition" 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 PC4-25600C14 3200MHz Dual Channel Kit - Black

Done some testing, primarily using aida cache memory benchmark as it's the easiest to do.

First up is standard XMP selected timings (14-14-14-31-76-312-1T)

Second up is tightened to (14-14-14-28-56-312-1T)

Third is tightened further to (14-14-14-28-52-300-1T)

CPU-Z bench was definitely a tad higher (6875 up to 6902 and 451 up to 462), but cinebench remained pretty much identical.

Here it is! Does it sound about right?

AMD Ryzen 7 1700X 3.9Ghz, Asrock AB350 Pro4 AMD B350 (Socket AM4) DDR4 ATX Motherboard, Team Group Dark Pro "8Pack Edition" 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 PC4-25600C14 3200MHz Dual Channel Kit, EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 11GB SC2 GAMING, Windows 10 64 Bit. My OS HD is a 128GB SSD, but my 'gaming' drive is 1TB SSD and a 4TB 7200rpm HDD.

3DMark Fire Strike score went from 18974 (Previous 3000MHz ram which wouldn't go over 2667MHz) to 20439 - https://www.3dmark.com/3dm/22501596

Does all this seem about right?

I had to up my SOC voltage to 1.15 and memory on 1.5v to achieve stable 3333mhz with XMP timings (14-14-14-31-58 T1) on my Ryzen 1800x and ASUS CH mobo, is it "safe" to run this mem like that 24/7?

8apck Dimms stable 4K Z370 on AsRock Taichi and upto 3866mhz M10H testing 4K M10H now.

Hey @8 Pack , I got a set of your 3200 ram for my Ryzen build but I need to up my RAM from 16 to 32, if I drop in another set should I expect it to continue working as it is or will I need to make any non docp changes?

Asus x370 board, 1700x and currently 16gb if your ram?

Meh, RAM is suddenly unstable. Cant even get it working(passing HCI memtest) using DOCP 3200. Reset bios, tried loads of settings, all failing memtest pretty quickly(games also crashing).

Tried 1701 bios, went back to 9920 bios, same. :(

Unsure if its suddenly faulty or something else......

Not used it with the Ryzen 5 1600 but I don't see why it wouldn't. What motherboard?
I'm using a 1700X with an ASrock AB350 Pro4 at 3333MHz without any issues.

Hi, On the 8 pack memory topic I'd like to ask about the timings.

On the store it states that the 3200mhz 8 pack memory has timings of 14-14-14-31 but mine reads as 14-14-14-34

The 31 rather than 34 was why I went for the black/grey 8 pack sticks instead of the 14-14-14-34 white Hall of fame sticks that suited my white build better aesthetically.

Is this a mistake on the store page or am I missing something? Cheers.

EDIT:

Solved, I was missing something, It's called a brain. Cheer's.

I'm using a 1600x on a B350 M-ATX board and the memory works fine.

The board I have is the MSI B350m Mortar, I installed the latest bio's for it from MSI.

Sadly there's a lack of high end M-ATX boards for Ryzen but it turns out this is a decent little board.

I would have liked a ROG or some other X370 but while there's one X370 ITX board there's on B350's for M-ATX.
