I would take a key if you have one going have been reading the positive comments on the game

the mines were the only disappointment so far, annoying as the came after the SM dungeon (awesome) so I just did that about 5 times to XP past the mines.

Same, I was in the beta but didn't really play that much, have got quite into it - it is a bit grindy but imo no-where near as grindy as Aion was when it was released. I'm in a pretty good guild on Velik (PVE), as recommended by Archy on here. - there are a few OcUK on in there if anyone wants to join you can apply via the in game interface.

Also anyone rolling on Velik, feel free to add me in : Drexciya

I've not done any instances yet, but heard good things about Secret Base. I'll be twenty after a further few hours played, so I'm not far away from it.

Found a nice enough guild on Allemantheia (sp?) and I'm enjoying my warrior. No doubt I'll level a mystic or a priest before long though. The lure of the healer is strong.

If anyone has a spare trial key floating about, would much appreciated, as have binned of my TOR sub and want to give this ago before splashing out the cash for it

Cheers

Loving the game so far, the only thing i hate aboout mmo's is when you're out questing, doing a dungeon on max settings everything smooth as silk maxed out looking good then you have to go to the capital city/large busy village and your fps drops :(
Maybe I'm just a picky snob?!

No I hate that too, Rift in particular was terrible - I don't know whether overclocking the processor would make any difference in those circumstances? I've got stock Phenom II 965x @ 3.4, Ati Sapphire 6950 2gb, 4gb geil ultra.

Other than that, it runs pretty well for me..

Downloaded the digital client earlier.

I'm liking the game so far, i only spent an hour or so running around doing the usual kill x amount of enemies quests but i liked what i saw.

The world just seems really inviting to me, and i think that has allot to do with the fact that it's so colourful and virbrant. I really felt like exploring, it kind of reminds me of when i first started playing WoW which isn't a bad thing at all.

I'm interested to see how well the game plays with a controller instead of a keyboard. I'd much rather be able to sit back and relax in a comfy chair than sit hunched over a keyboard in the same posture for a long period. If it's a comfortable experience, then i think the game might be a winner for me.

This game is actually shaping up really nicely. I hope the endgame PvP is better than people say it is, because so far the combat and gameplay experience seems extremely polished. I don't know how I'm going to go back to a tabbed-targeting MMO after playing this... and I say that after several years playing MMO's with tabbed-targeting in the most hardcore way :/ Really is a game-changer for me, quite literally. Even PK'ing in groups of 2-3 and this game really comes alive in a way that no MMO has before; very intense.

The guild on PvP-Samael server is progressing nicely, for anyone else that is still interested. Near to 40 members now and still growing daily.

I'm level 11 and quite enjoying it so far. I have a few questions though:

When and how can I enter the battlegrounds?
What level is the first instance?
Can a trial account access instance matching?

* battlegrounds arent up at the moment
* you mean dungeon? as instances are from level 3 - first dungeon at 20, you wont get that far on a trial (15)
* as above.

I'm actually really enjoying Tera which has surprised me if I'm honest. I've only picked it up to fill the MMO hole between quiting SWTOR a few months ago and waiting for GW2 release.

Rolled a sorc at first, quite fun with some great damage output, but i've now rolled a slayer and IMO it is a much more fun class to play!

I'm really quite liking this game!

I'm a warrior, level 11 so far.

I like that at the start, in the prologue, it starts you at level 20, which gives you a feel of what the character will play like, before starting the game proper at level 1.

Warrior seems quite challenging, which is awesome, very hands on.

I prefer using the keyboard to control it but I have tried plugging my xbox controller in and it works pretty well!

Easy to hot-swap aswell, just plug the controller in and it pops up and shows you which buttons do what :)
