Yeah, I just stopped playing because of that. Basically it'll be like this all week until atari tweak them and sort out the buggy bits e.g diners locking people up, clubs not working etc.
 
Its so annoying in the car delivery missions when some numpty decides to turn left into your path :mad: . The radio stations are good. Currently listening to mozart.

I will get one of them davey ;) i decided to get a F430 for now i just love the inside of that ferrari and are trying to use the in car view all the time .

I have 250,000 so i was thinking of getting another house does anyone recommend one ??? and is it just me that seems to be picking up the lady's :D .

hey mate well I just bought my second house, if you undo the map the real estate agent just down form the italian independent / up from the dodge dealer etc, does a couple of houses in that price range around that area of the map as well, so I got a nice 6 bedroomed house for about 250k.

now i just need to work on buying cars, although Im finding that Ive done a whacking big propertion of the races and the ones I havent done are only getting me like 10-20k ?

are there any bigger races ? and whereabouts ? I'm on Pro level Btw.

My game time has been effected by stupid work, i work long shifts and not had much game time :(

a lot of money comes from Car Deliveries, or redoing already completed races :)

The biggest ones ive seen are;

Millionare Challenge - $1,000,000
Tour of the Island - $200,00
and some time one thats is - $100,000
 
Can someone who has just started please goto the Alfa Romeo garage and tell me the preconditions to buying the 2nd car there (has no price) as i just got it free - curious to know how you qualify :)

If its the alfa romeo 8c then you needed to do the tour of island to get this car .
 
Arghhhh this game is driving me nuts...4 times i got cut off by some moron AI driver and lost all my money lol. Then doing the courier missions, how the hell can you do 7 miles or something in less than 3 mins...at the mo using the nismo car and it handles pretty well but god damn it i keep getting cut off or crashing into someone.

Anyways twice spent time in jail through no fault of mine but managed to make up the 100k pretty easily...just did a few rounds of the 20k race...did it about 3 times before i got bored and thought ive had enough. Seems like every time you move up a level the AI drivers get tougher an tougher to beat. At the mo im on pro and trying to win some big money...cant find any of the driver transport missions...only done 2 and the only courier one i found is now locked...as i couldnt do it with the nissan so thought id give the Ford GT a go on it but it wont let me access it.

Quite fustrating and i really want to knock a few of those jumped up model girls for not getting in my car...silly bints:p. Already broke my main pad as i kept getting shunted off..so threw my controller at my wardrobe....smashed into 2 but still works though:p.

Cars indicating one way, pulling out the other is very annoying. 2 cars causing traffic jams at corners because they both pull in is annoying.

Thats no excuse for a poor soundtrack in game, music is an important element to a game.

I just tried it via VGA on my monitor and it was fine, was very jaggy via component.
 
ok so i went to one of the classic dealers and reserved a gt500, it said i would be told when it comes into stock. Is there anything i need to do to cause this to happen or just a random time?
 
Anyone had the road disappear in front of them?I've had it a few times when the scenery can't keep up with my speed and i fall through it.
