I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary at all, No warning signs.
The weight went up pretty smooth (although it was hard) I've been stuck on 55Kg for a couple of weeks, Nailed it last week and so today is 57.25KG on it went and on my last rep it happened. Luckily I managed to drop the bar down towards the sofa and one end of the bar landed on soft cushions or else it would have gone with a right crash.
I'm far from being a baby when it comes to pain but I've never been in so much agony to be honest, I cant turn my head to the right or look up and I'm unable to lift my right arm past shoulder hight without some pretty crazy pain
The nurse said to keep my shoulder and neck moving as much as possible
and not to do any weights for at least a couple of weeks and not to exercise my shoulder for longer.
She also said if the swelling and pain hasn't got any better by Friday then I have to book a local GP appointment too
To be honest I'll be there anyway because it's killing me
