Recently started doing behind the neck presses and oh man, they hit my delts so hard, even more if you go slower on the negative.Does anyone else like doing them?
You mean shoulder press presumably?
I do them, find it easier

I find Shoulder Press hard on my lower back if I'm not very very careful on my form
Slight bend in the knees too will take pressure of the spine/vertebrae![]()
The only UK supplier I coud find was on Amazon which stocks it for £45 (£52) delivered which is £2 more than an hour with my eosteopath. Foam rollers can be had much cheaper but as I mentioned they loose their shape after time. Quite expensive but should prove to be worth it. You can of course make your own with some drainpipe and some foam as it'll be just as good I just couldn't be bothered!
OT: Looks like I'm taking myself back to 'squat school' as my technique has gone totally to pot. Leaving me with horrific back pumps due to hyperextending and poor hip drive and glute activation. My desk job can't be helping at all.
Front squats with my heels raised feel great back squats feel horrible, akward and ineffective at the moment. I know where I'm going wrong it's just a case of re-teaching myself.
Is there any particular reason people leave their legs to the last day of their regime?
What would be wrong with hitting your legs hard on Monday and working the rest of your body afterwards?
In fact surely if you hit your chest/shoulders/tris on Monday it would make more sense to do legs on Weds and back/biceps on Friday?
Wouldn't say it's chunky. More of a:

Like pudz, his waist is probs 40 inches, but solid wall. Also you probs find it easier to have your abs out at a higher body fat. My body fat has to be right low for me to get my abs out lol.
I just know I'm going to be in bits this week.
First heavy leg day in weeks.
Squats all the way to 150 for reps.
Romanian Deadlifts to 110kg
Along with all the other leg stuff.
Plus did abs for the first time in a year!
hanging leg raises
Weight leg raises and declined crunches +30kg.
Feel the burn, burn the feeling.

Well the only difference is you lower the weight behind your neck instead of infront. You use a wider grip and don't lift as much as a normal shoulder press but it targets the delts nicely. You mean shoulder press presumably?
I do them, find it easier...well, less akward
lol dude, you never really answered my question?
i take it you bought from the usa then? from the supplier you linked to? as amazon is really expensive.
It's a sucky way to start the week but it gets it out of the way!
Well this is a pleasant surprise.
No DOMS at all, not in my legs or core today.
Hmm, maybe it's just too early for them yet.
I'm hoping none show up, as it means I'm 90% back to where I was before injury.
Here's hopinh for non crippling legs and core.![]()
