Can anyone reccommend some low carb meals?

I'm struggling to maintain my weight, I am now working 2 jobs with no break in between them so I just end up grabbing a sandwich or a pasta from a garage when passing. It's not good I know, but I'm not sure what other option I've got as I have no time to prepare decent food any more.

Current exercise is:

Wednesday : Spinning class
Thursday: Circuit Training
Friday: 1 Hour Football
Saturday: 90 minutes Football
Sunday: 90 minutes Football

I can't do anything on Mon/Tues due to the second job. I did try to get up earlier to go for a run, but I was then tired throughout the day due to lack of sleep.

Food wise:

Breakfast: Oats so simple
11:00 snacl: yogurt and Banana
Lunch: Jacket Potatoe or Healthy living Tesco Microwave meal or Boots meal deal (Sandwich + Smoothie + Grapes)
Evenign Meal - Sandwich from whatever shop/garage I am passing. Time varies

Thanks!

Anyone?

Thanks.

Zyzz, he looks absolutely great, would love to have his physique, but hell no would i ever wear guyliner

I wouldn't say he looks absolutley great. His shoulders have decent size and shape however his chest lacks thickness and his legs are underdeveloped. /bb perspective.

He does however look better than about 90% of the population I'll give him that. I can appreciate the hard work and dedication he has put in despite his use of 'special supps'.

However he should stop buying clothes from baby gap :p Does seem to be a joker though and has plenty of banter!

Edit: LL Cool J, curling the whale, so much win.

Deadlifts chugging along nicely! Last night I dreamt about being sick, and this morning I woke up and had some tea, and for some reason 4 minutes later I was sick! Spewed it all back up and had to spend 45 minutes trying to force breakfast down.

Not a great start to the deadlift day, but by gym time I was alright and did:

125x5
125x5
125x5
125x5
130x5

Felt great, the chalk is so useful! Im sure I'll be able to hit 160kg+ by the end of the year.

Good work. And I agree about the chalk, really useful stuff for deadlifting. Yesterday's deadlifts for me were:

110x5
120x5
120x5
120x5
120x5
120x5

Really pleased with that, as I'd been stuck at 117.5kg for a week or two.

I'm soooo ****ed right now, beyond belief.
My entire evening and training was just ruined!

Training was going amazingly, back to benching 35kg dumbbells, after only 3 weeks back to training. Close to 40kg again and my arm didn't even need the wrap tonight.

Did my chest work, picked up my three 10kg plates for dips, did 10kg and 20kg for some light work.

Popped on all 3 plates for my working sets. Did 1 rep, then BANG!

My clip snapped, plates hit the floor really really loudly, and I was just there with my broken equipment. Heavy duty clip my arse! It was rated upto 50kg! 50!!

How the hell did it snap, bah!

Picked up the stuff, put them back and proceeded to get angry at the rest of my training.

20kg Skullcrushers
30kg and 40kg.

Then I just did loads of close grip chest presses upto 60kg for 5 sets.

Went back and did 3 sets of BW dips.

Terrible terrible session.

No proper dips make me feel angry! I love my dips, I want my dips.

Now I have to hunt around for a better clip yet again. :(

on 4chan (*shudder*), the line is 'SQUATZ AND OATZ!!'

Speaking of which I did legs today, power rack was taken so just did front squats and knee felt a bit dodgy so didnt do more than 80kg. managed 5x5 @80kg though.

Go to B&Q and pick up a meter of heavy duty chain and some decent clips. Cost me less than £10 for my stuff. First thing I did when I got my dipping belt was cut the naff chain and clips off. Laughable in comparison to what I have on there now!

Craig, thats amazing, got a proper lol out of me.

You want to get yourself one of the IronMind belts - yeah they're a bit pricey, but you are never ever going to break that badboy!

I've had 70kg+ on one with ease.

You could make your own.

Get some super heavy duty chain, wrap some foam around and tape in place. Then use either a clip or a chunky nut & bolt to complete the loop on one side.

Especially for someone like you who seems destined for huge weights, I think it would be a good idea. It has a nice long strap, very light and easy to carry around cos it has no chain, and is rated to 1000lbs.

I've held 70kg+ on it with absolutely no trouble, and it's very comfortable.

Do you know what the postage is like? Most american places use UPS and that's a ripp off, costing more than the item itself.

More trouble than it's worth really, specially in my town where the closet thing to a DIY shop is tesco...

The shipping is pretty expensive, it's $35 which is £22 according to paypal's exchange rate when I donated to wikipedia today.

Total cost including shipping = $94 or £60.

That said, given that these things last 10+ years and you'll be using it when you're 30, you're going to get a huge amount of mileage out of it.

Oh yeah, while doing squats today I was let someone work in with me. He immediately put 90kg on the bar, then worked to 110kg (not too bad form though). Unsurprisingly he pulled something in his hamstring on the second set of 110kg >_>

That's about 68 euro, quite a bit. Hmm

What was your delivery time like with them? If it's not to bad I might order that belt, since I won't be able to get a new clip till I head to Dublin next weekend.
