A few questions for you gym rats if you wouldnt mind helping me out.
1: Whats the reasoning behind taking protein powder with fruit juice? It seems to get recommended a lot over just using water, or taking it with milk. Something to do with protein absorbsion, But it would be nice to know a little more
2. Whats the healthiest oil available to cook with, Something I can pick up from Asda so nothing to obscure.
3. Greek Yogurt when cooking, Is it the best option? I make everything from scratch so I can control pretty much exactly what I'm taking in. I just use greek Yorgurt right now, But it seems high in fat. But I get told its good for you as it's pretty much untouched by artificial sweeteners, colouring and all those other bits that get added to make food last longer.
