Not the worst I've seen, but the videos I chose to put in the exercise guide weren't accidental.

Can we PLEASE improve the sticky threads?!
Sports Arena is worse than 15 year old girls for flavour of the month.

I know and I checked out that video straight away after icecold :) I'll go to there first in future. It should be a sticky tbh.
 
KBs have their place. However people need to be focussing on the main compound and barbell movements. However, KBs and alternative exercises are fantastic for single leg/arm stability and core development.

I did say those who lift, not those who cholesterol. Go back to your hydrogenated vegetable oil and excess animal fats.

Good! Wasn't having a go mate. I think it would save people a lot of time if Steedie's noob and diet threads were stickied too, but then this forum isn't all about training :(
 
I think getting the Logs subforum was enough of a success for one decade!

icecold, issue with the stickies is apparently the entire forum can only have a finite number of stickies. I'm guessing they're used in the hardware sections promoting that awful Overclockers.co.uk company :mad:

Brah, do you even cholesterol?

Can someone spec me resistance bands pls? Mainly for shoulder warm up and mobility, not sure of strength and length required?

The mp reds loose a little bit of tension after a while, but I still find them up to the job, and at half the price of pullum they are defo good value for money.

Dom I've been doing the same with the ball in my back, I use my roller in place of a yoga step and also a chair for extra pressure when needed, much improvements have been had.
