*** The 2013 Gym Rats Thread ***

Cheers, was just looking on that site. Not sure if I should go for lever or prongs. The belt I borrow from the counter at my gym is annoying because I feel like my ideal tightness is in between one set of holes which don't feel tight enough and another which feels too tight but takes in inhuman effort to fit (waist is around 29").

Ice and Dom use lever, just means you set it up once and can put on and off quicker. I have the prongs and find it perfectly fine.

i have this one. The look is the same as the pullum one, the function is the same as the pullum one, the quality is lower but this has no impact. I have had mine for over a year and its still going strong. I do plan on upgrading to a better quality one, but that is more a taste thing over the functionality of my current belt.

I have the pullum green and a pair of MP reds, there great.

I appreciate the lever belt, but find my prong one better because I can change how tight it is between deads and squats.
I have deads 1 notch tighter than squats.

Hes been juicing for a year.
