Mason. PBing like it's going out of fashion :D

Got to test the waters, I am pretty new to lifting so obviously I went in conservatively. Definitely still some more in my squat, deadlift not so much and bench definitely not. But I'm not going for PBs anymore. Going for strict strict form.

Ha, what does that mean? I still don't understand the stigma around Delvis.

Btw, can someone spec me a routine? Would be greatly appreciated. Happy to do a 2/3/4 day split. Happy to go gym 3 or 4 times a week. Mainly looking to lose some blubber and get stronger.

There be gym bunnies in my gym. Wat. Seriously, this is a tiny military gym where only middle aged broken backed men tend to go to do their situps. I am so not used to this and feel terribly unequipped to deal with the situation.

They have kettlebells and ridiculously tight clothes. Halp.

They make resting so much more enjoyable :)

Girl in my gym the other day came in in sports bra and short short short short shorts. She then started working out on the mat next to me while I was doing my Reverse Crunches. They have never been so pain free.

achieve this as a bi-product of the first.

Lift hard, eat above maintenance and you will drop fat. At your age (i am sure you mentioned your young, 20???, still) you will do well as long as your lifting consistently and not eating like a whale. You shouldn't need to cut :D

Zefan I'm jelly of your gym bunnies. Nothing at all at my gym, though I did caught out a couple weeks ago.
Went in on a day off work around 1100, and it seems a local secondary school take a few students there certain days. So yeah I was totally perving on 15/16 year old girls (It took me a while to click who/why they were here etc.) and then I felt badddddddddd.

haha cp you're entitled to your rage, but I think you're taking this a little to far now!

It's totally down to laziness though as I do all my posting from my iPad/phone so it's a pain in the backside to find the stupid ' :)

I'm 19. I'll post some pics up at some point. I'm a fat ******* honestly. I have what I call a 'tutu' of fat around my waist ****ing annoying, and tops of my thighs are huge and I have a ****ing booty.
