10-12% body fat is lowwwww anyway. No need to cut any further. I've recently been measured via bio impedance an 7 point calliper test (I wouldn't trust a 3 point test) and was measured at 14% and most would agree I'm looking lean but still relatively powerful. At 10-12 you'll be starting to get they territory of losing muscle mass as well as fat.
Well the 10-12% figure is just an estimate using the calipers which i'm no expert with. Abs are faintly visible curently, so i guess jus over 12% is about right. I think i tend to carry fat around my stomach and lower back area.
I'm not looking to be ripped to be honest, just want to look good on my holiday, but also have a good base to start working with when i get back to slowly bulk and work on increasing my lifts.
Probably going to follow what Layne Norton, does and do a bulk phase for a few weeks followed by a cut phase for a couple of weeks. just so that i don't get carried away and pile the fat on.
