I'll have a look, gonna try and learn snatch on Sunday as the gym is dead.

In other news, I really need to cut. Genuinely think I'm at around 25% BF, but I'm scared of losing strength/muscle mass. I'll also miss eating at permabulk levels!
 
Anyone know of any decent videos or instructions on getting into doing some Oly style lifts?

Would like to get into doing them on my weekend sessions.

It takes a bit more than a quiet gym, but good luck! Happy to help if you think you need it. :)

Dropping to aroun 15/16$ shouldn't too difficult if you get your diet right. :)

Well I've just moved locations and started a new job so dieting took a bit of a back seat and I've just been eating when I can, which tends to mean shovelling unhealthy rubbish down my throat! Still sticking to at least 170g of protein a day so it's not too horrendous I guess. Nothing is gonna feel as good as shoving 1000 cals of chicken down my throat from a horrible takeaway though :o
