Lots of water and antioxidants (like vitc, fresh fruits and veg, green tea etc...) help with DOMs. If you want to go the supp route EEAs are very good too. However I like DOMs!

That could be an indication that your diet is not right? Or maybe you are overworking your chest and it's not actually DOMs you are feeling but strain?
I've stuck mine up and I'm a big fat begger its all about being able to see your progress and have someone that doesnt know you tell you the truth.
Rather than your friends and family base their praise on how much they think it means to you weather your looking better or not
probably could do with getting more fruit/veg in my diet... as well as more water
i never seem to bother with veg much... apart from 2/3 stirfrys a week where ill have peppers/onion/mushrooms/green beans/bean sprouts etc
what does everyone else eat + how do you cook it?
