Took some Caffeine Pro today from MP (200mg Caffeine)

Deary me!

I blitzed the work out, had so much energy and felt amazing. Crashed down about 4 though and now I feel like a bag of crap :D

I've just started a WSB again and opted for bulgarian style split squats as one of the assistance exercises on ME leg day. Oh boy.

Bah...Once again I think I have to miss leg day this week :(....Ankles decided to swell up, if it's not my knee, it's my blooming ankle!

My body REALLY is bad...well, my joints I guess.

Nice quick and easy chest session for me tonight. Had a week off last week so keeping the weights light this week and slowly building them back up again.

Bench Press
60K x 5
70K x 5
80K x 5
90K x 5
100K x 5

Incline Dumbbell Press

60K x 8
70K x 8
80K x 8

Parallel Bar Dips
BW x 8
5K x 8
10K x 8

Weighted Crunches
10K x 10
10K x 10

Time: 16 minutes

Have you tried a Glucosamine Sulphate or Cissus supplement? work quite well for some people.

Hm no I haven't...Do thy specifically work for joints then? I'll have a look at ordering some if I find they may help...

Problem is if I do loads of running / exercise / heavy dancing (:p) Then something on my body will have a fit a week later, be it my knee (Which is bad anyway) or one of my ankles...Bah.

I'll just have to 'try' and rest it, doesn't help when I'm on my feet all day at work though :(

Delvis i'd really suggest giving MSM a go

http://www.myprotein.co.uk/capsules-tablets-softgels/joint-care/msm-glucosamine-chondroitin/ - Capsules, easy to take but quite expensive!

http://www.myprotein.co.uk/bulk-powders/health-and-wellness/msm-powder/ - Powder, much cheaper but an harder to take if your on a busy schedule

Capsules also have Glucosamine and Chondroitin in but you could buy the bulk powder and then http://www.myprotein.co.uk/capsules-tablets-softgels/joint-care/glucosamine-sulphate_/ for the addition of Glucosamine. If that doesn't shift the pain then i guess its trip to the docs.

Taken a week off training this week to let the body recover. This weekend I'm doing saturday/sunday full body workout, 4x6 sets/reps for the following movements:

DL, PC, PP, Flat Bench, Squat, BORs

The same on both days but I'm aiming for total Tonnage moved to be minimum of 12 tonnes, and maximum to be 18 tonnes. So it's a nice range. And keep it to 45 mins. It'll be tough, but then as of monday back onto my 4/5 days split.

Bah...nothing wrong with 10 burgers...10 steaks and a few hotdogs in a few days:)

Got back today, put on a couple of kilos (fat, no doubt :p ) so not too bad. Not going again for some time that's for sure, the exchange rate makes it a bloody expensive holiday !

Was looking forward to doing a full body workout today after nearly 2 weeks off but not going to happen - didn't sleep on the flight so have been awake since 10 AM NY time yesterday - going to struggle to stay awake till the evening :p

Thanks buddy :)

I'd rather have the capsules...It's bad enough having to mix up protein shakes let alone another shake :p

Also, aren't the two products 'slightly' different? Or is it just the name? I might order some capsules, see how thing's go.
