I use Dymatize 2200 BCAA's. 400 caps for £25. 2 with pre workout shake and 2 with post. 100 days worth there (incase you don't do maths :p) Says 2200mg per serving, don't know if thats per cap or for the days worth.

Edit: Just used my eyes, thats per 4 caplets.

Shoulders Today:

Seated DB shoulder press, vertical.
Either arm:
25KG x 10 x 4

Shrugs:
Either arm, 2 second pause at peak.
25KG plates x 20 x 4

Upright rows:
35KG x 10
40KG x 10
50KG x 10 x 2

Cable Raises
Front:
6KG x 10 x 2
8KG x 10 x 2

Side:
6KG x 10 x 2
8KG x 10 x 2

More Shrugs:
2 second pause at peak, 10 second pause last 2 reps.
Either arm:

35KG x 12
37.5KG x 12
40KG x 12
42.5KG x 12

Rear Deltoid( pec fly machine, reverse)
40KG x 10 x 2
40KG x 20 x 2 (was jumping in between another guys rest periods, and he was taking forever!)

Hang clean to press.

30KG x 10 x 2
35KG x 10 x 1
40KG x 10 x 1

Standing press, lowered behind the neck

40KG x 8

Lowered normally infront

40KG x 8

Finished with some ab work. Shoulder injury has been feeling a bit iffy, similar to how it did when it first tore. Was fine during training, but didn't want to push it too hard, not now im making some good size gains!

Yeah I get it all the time at work

If someone see's me drinking it or preparing it, they ask how I get them? And if they are legal?

Someone even asked me if it's easy to come off of them :/

Lol, like my sister seeing me drinking a shake. "You want to be careful with that stuff" I'm like shut up it's only protein powder.

Hey..you cant hit on shakes man. I used to have one every night before bed...and one post workout. Since i stopped training...Ive still been drinking them just cos I like em!
I know thats sad...but I sooooo miss my 10pm chocolate shake for supper:p

Better be careful then as the wife says i'm too big as it is :o, might just have em on lifting days (5 of em haha) but i'm just under 16st again weighed mesell last night and am 15st 12lb all time heaviest i've been is 16st 3lb, so with protein shakes might add another half stone... but then to cover it i'll have to start sommat else.

Just wish i could get my arms bigger i swear i have a genetic deficiency in em they are stuck at 17.5, trying everything even loading my home dumbell with 65kg and doing tricep press from chest not doing bugger all apart from giving me better lifting on the bench :(

Protein shakes will have to sort it out grr

Short and sweet.

Applying the 5x5 method thats proved very succesful for my bench, to my deadlift. Aiming for 190KG before I go home for easter. Though I'll be happy if my current 1rm(185KG) becomes a regular thing.
