Using the O2 calculation its saying itwould cost me £340 to upgrade, does this just mean I have bought myself out of the remaining contract....THEN I have to go pay for a brand new contract/ Phone?
Well you'd still need to buy the phone? Or have you factored that in to your £260?
Yup.

Does anyone know if the current O2 tariffs (seems after the reduced buyout you have to re-sign up so dont think you can keep your tariff if its legacy) provide exactly the same benefits (including T&Cs and FUP) as the original iPhone tariffs?
Just wondering mainly about data and if theres reduced terms which they might like to enforce down the line (like Vodafone is doing now on its FUP) whereas the original data plans literally seem unlimited.

guys any reports on how strong this iphone is? thinking of buying one on paygo as 10 pounds top up only lasts me over a month with unlimited text and net.
I use to a 2g and its took a battering and still going strong. just seen so many 3gs broke so easy
So got a couple of really obvious questions, do I get to keep my old 3GS, will they be available from 24-Jun-10?
