The backstory is sci-fi but the story itself is about longing and love.

They have announced releasing Macross and Plus last year, its about time something Macross was announced from them. All the Anime have definitely Aimed for the Top.
They've gone and done it, they've announced Gunbuster on BD for the UK
also a bunch of other releases including Macross Plus movie edition at the cinema, which hopefully means a BD release with both Movie and OVA's later on, and I think is the first Macross title to get a release here in years, so hopefully more to follow.
Its worth it,the Universal Century timeline is amazing and the pay off when you get to Unicorn or Hathaway will be worth it.I watched Gunbuster recently, little dated but can see the early beginnings of NGE, was a pretty good watch. Reminded me a little of Interstellar with the time stuff as well.
I'm watching the trilogy of the original Gundam movies at the moment, these are even more dated but I'm interested in where the more recent mainline Gundam stuff goes, so need to watch some of the older content.
Watching Goblin Slayer atm. Pretty funny and brutal. Quite a variety of ways to slay goblins.
Thanks will check it out.Need to follow that up with Grimgar, where the goblins have the intelligence of humans instead of being easy to defeat.
Grimgar of fantasy and ash? Any good?Need to follow that up with Grimgar, where the goblins have the intelligence of humans instead of being easy to defeat.
