Now the dust has settled....

How to watch your team in Europe this season:

Arsenal & Chelsea - ITV & Sky Sports
Man City & Man Utd - Channel 5 & ITV 4
Liverpool - ESPN Classic

:D

Due to the way tickets are sold and how supporters are segregated, the prospect of any all English European final isn't great. Thankfully the last (and only(?)) time it happened, the final was in Russia and due to the cost and difficulty of getting there, the same amount of fans didn't travel as they would have otherwise.

Any excuse to post Georgie Thompson really :cool:

The camaraderie and celebrating with your fellow fans is one of the best things about football to me. The only thing that stops me going to every Arsenal game is living on another island.

going to games aint easy especially arsenal ones
They rarely sell out at the moment.

Rendered pics of how the new Fulham stand will look:

Be looking very good once they do the two stands behind the goals, and keep the old stand (they have to anyway), just need new seats in them.

What would be the maximum stadium capacity ? Stamford Bridge cannot expand beyond 44/45k because of the sites space and with only one exit onto the Fulham road. Craven Cottage is a much smaller space than SB. That does look reasonable though, but why would they be expanding the neutral/away end and not riverside/hammersmith

That is the Riverside, that is being developed. The Putney end (away/neutral) is only made neutral in when the away capacity will obviously not be sold. The capacity will take it ~30k with that stand, as obviously we can't extend any closer, or too much further back. The Putney end backs onto the park, so that can't go too far back, although I think we've plumped money into developing Bishops Park to get some sort of agreement.

Reckon the stadium will look very nice if they renew the 3 stands except Johnny Haynes (limited property, with the cottage).

Nope, Putney end is the left side behind the goal, Hammersmith the right, Riverside...the river, and Johnny Haynes the old stand onto the road.

After the news that both Manchester clubs are out of the Champions League, it is only right that football pays them the respect they deserve.

With this in mind there will be a minute's laughter before all games on Saturday.

European footy schedule 2011-2012
Arsenal = Sky Sports 1 & 2
Chelsea = Sky Sports 1 & 2

Man Utd = ITV 4 & Channel 5
Man City = ITV 4 & Channel 5
Spurs = ITV 4 & Channel 5

Liverpool = ESPN Classics

The jokes already been made and as I said the first time, the only place you see a English side lifting a trophy is ESPN Classic.

Also, should Spurs have be replaced by Stoke? :p
