You ain't missing much yet. Not gonna bother playing it if i can't get the full ultra experience. I don't mind knocking AA down to x2 at 1440p but thats as low as im willing to go. Single player is all about enjoying the quality, not sacrificing details cos the game runs like poo on ultra. I could understand if my fps were low or the gpu was spiking all over the place but thats not the case.

Nevermind afterburner seems to be stopping it from working. Need to enable afterburner after launching the game.

What's the settings matt, can't get it to work, AB is off btw.

Maybe it's the beta6s? I wouldn't say it was impossible for the drivers to be causing CPU spikes. You never know anyway...

What are your specs again, Lt? I probably should know

EDIT: I found everything on Ultra except MSAA was fine. MSAA x4 caused a weird stutter

Seems to be Ultra settings with x4 or x2 AA. Low medium high work fine. High has a few small cpu spikes but not too bad. Fps are silly high for me unless i have AA on using Ultra.

I tried that last night Tommy but it still had it greyed out and all chinese writing

@Greg, you using BT? Afaik vpn won't work.

I wonder if they aren't running it in 64 bit mode? You need to select it in Origin.

Yeah RadeonPro is temperamental with BF4. Worked in the Beta. Worked initially when i tried it. Now it crashes the game so ive had to stop using it. It did work, then it stopped. Not sure what i did to get it working initially then break it.

Sky mate and not that fussed, as I have been looking forward to having a play on Batman, so it does give me a couple of days on that before BF4 consumes all my gaming time till I am a level 100

Oh well, I can use AB and android server and use the phone, but I don'y get any fps/vram readings, fraps it is then.

Tommy old boy, do what the LT does. Disable Fraps fps monitor, but keep it running for screenshot captures. Create a user.cfg file for BF4. Copy and paste this in.

PerfOverlay.DrawFps 1
PerfOverlay.DrawGraph 1
PerfOverlay.Enable 1

Save that as all files User.cfg in the BF4 exe folder.

are we going to do some proper benchmarks ? would be nice to see some proper benchmarks 1080 upwards low to ultra same map 64 man mp .

i think ill do win 7 for a start then maybe do win 8.0 in a few days see comparison. there is no difference from 8.0-8.1.
