paracel storm conquest. and a full 64 map ;) . metro is like 20 fps difference so is shanghi in parts.

Easy money.

First things first, I'm bottlenecked (even with Mantle) at 1440P with four gpus. Second thing, wow 1440P looks very low res to me since i got used to 4K.

Parcel storm just now.

Frames, Time (ms), Min, Max, Avg
64462, 600000, 68, 144, 107.437

2560x1600, settings at max.

Think i may have been getting some gpu throttling, had to close afterburner as i was running FRAPS. Dont think custom fan profiles work when ab is closed.

Aye, very close. Still seems that parcel and shanghai are the most demanding. All the newer maps ive tried at 1600 are a bit higher. No option for 1440 under DSR, probably due to this being a 16:10 aspect ratio monitor.

Tried my 7990 with ultra texture settings instead of medium after the December 15th BF4 patch and so far Mantle seems to play ok. Just been playing TDM so I don't know how the conquest maps will play.
Maybe DICE have fixed the memory leak, anbody any info on this?

Correct. Dice quietly fixed the infamous memory leak in the November the 18th patch. Next target is to work on reducing the video memory subscription. :)

Don't really benchmark this as I play with V-sync turned on.

But I will say that with GTX970 SLI at 2560x1440 everything on Ultra with 4xMSAA+4xxTrSSAA it's never ever dipped below 60fps v-sync.

Not sure on GPU usage as I don't have afterburner running but reckon I could run a bit of DSR on top of that and still manage a solid 60fps.

TDM fps is totally different to conquest. sometimes by a large margin.

if you want your true performance go 64 man conquest on shanghi and paracel storm right in middle of action then start benching not on fringes of action like so many do. :p

ignore lockers and metro maps. the fps on them can be upto 20 fps more than other maps.

So my Corsair 16GB DDR3 2133Mhz Vengeance Pro Silver Kit arrived yesterday.

Wow why didnt i do this sooner. BF4 feels so much smoother on higher settings coming from Corsair 8GB DDR3 1600Mhz Vengeance. They wernt talking crap when they said higher clocked RAM made the game run better :D

Of course i had to buy elsewhere cuz OcUK dont have the 16GB Pro Silver Kit in stock anymore.

Btw i have it set at 1T Command Rate. Checked on the net it says 11-11-11-27 2T but running great so far. Even DayZ feels smoother with this RAM.

Happy camper here (not that i camp in BF4) lol :D

Im really interested in this. Im running the with the 1600Mhz Vengeance Ram, with a 3770k and 970 sli. Things feel fine, but when I played on a mates with a similar spec with 2400Mhz ram, everything felt smoother! Does the ram really make a difference? I'm not that clued up on memory, but i've seen conflicting comments.
