The Countdown Has Begun...... Fallout 3

Have the problems with this crashing all the time been resolved?

I often have to restart the game as it freezes in full screen mode. Seems fine when in a window...

It adds bullet time, so it slows down but not VATS so in some cases it can work better/faster.

I can't wait to replay this game. Will definately install mods like this... Think I will go down the evil route next time... :D
 
Finally got round to starting this game.
Had a shoot out in the Megatron bar and nobody else reacted, just stood around and how come they able to take 3-4 headshots before going down :confused:
 
SPOILERS!

Help guys...

I've got three save points. The first one is when I'm in the Capital Wasteland about to enter the building to gain access to Vault 112 and I have 1700 odd caps. My next save is that messed up Tranquility level and then the last one is Memorial Sub Basement. The last save I have to kill off any remaining threat before Dad and co can enter and I have 0 caps!

Can anyone think where my caps have gone because I don't remember spending any?! :confused:

I've only just realised after getting suited up at the Citadel in my brand new armour.

Found my caps. They were in my fridge along with my weapons I had stashed in there. I didn't realise caps and bottlecaps were the same thing.

I played the game today and had the same issue - but with my Samurize sidebar. I had to minimise the bugger just to stop it flickering in Vista x64. Just discovered the game btw and oh my, I'm hooked! Why couldn't I have found this at the start of the Xmas hols :(
 
its not grabbing me at all at the moment, bored me to death the first bit, just got to that elementary school and still bored,even tho i am impressed with the graphics/fps....but still, tomb raider is the game to play at moment!

You're at what is mostly an intro and a tutorial, the game hasn't started yet, patience man :P
