It hasn't stopped AMD from getting 4 new cards out based on the 28nm manufacturing process. To me it looks like the CEO is trying to find a scapegoat for his companies own failings because even if their low surely they could have had some supply.

I'm kind of used to announcements never being announced... think EA/Dice have made me immune to getting excited over them now. Now I just know to anticipate disappointment in the form of no announcement what so ever.
