I wanted to get the ride out the way last night so fed the family and thought I'd eat afterwards. Though, as I'm trying to limit my intake at the moment, I hadn't had much to eat through the day, so I was hanging by the end of road to ruin. It was literally a road to ruin.

It's a nice course, 30km about 280m of climbing, takes you up the up the epic KOM climb and then up around the new circuit and back down via the volcano, finishing down by the sea front again.
 
Ah man, I had a proper rage yesterday. Had decided I'd chuck in for the D KISS race, (yes, I'm that slow right now :P) got down, warmed up, went to join the race, my net dies. Get it back up, Zwift not responding. Crashed. DAMMIT. Then thought I'd join the group work out at 21:15, nope, crashed again. I was very annoyed. My wife came down to ask who I was swearing at lol
Anyway, did a bit of a ride solo after that. ******* **** ********.
 
Yea, it was fine afterwards. Seems to be really laggy on clicking like "ride" or anything mind, and it can't be the machine, I'm running an M.2 SSD, 32GB RAM, 8 frigging cores and 8GB GPU! Should not even have to blink for it to work.
 
I've been useless. Forgotten what my bike looks like pretty much. Been so busy with working, it's been crazy. That and we lost our childminder, so I need to take the kids all to 3 diff schools in the morning and collect them each night so my riding commute has been shattered. I need to realign some health time though, so will be riding indoors. It's going to be painful.

Tidied my garage a bit though, so can do riding and some weights alternate days.

First time back is going to kill me. I'll ease myself in :D

I want to try even just 20 mins tonight, after I've done the kids dinner, bed etc. and before I have 2 meetings later and get back to work :'(
