I was thinking of getting the FullBodyFilms product since the screen protector is much better than the Zagg or BG - anyone got one to confirm?

Not gonna get a case as if I do drop it I have insurance - just want to keep it looked after day to day so a sock or something will do (Foof the best?)

I never got a case, I have a screen protector that I've never fitted.

No screen scratches (it's double hard optical-grade glass), and some nice dents in the back where I dropped it onto tarmac, but otherwise it's survived 8 months of my abuse :)

And yes, I have insurance.

FYI: If you save the iPlayer website as a home screen icon it looks like an app. I appreciate this is old information, but for the new adopters it will cut out loading safari and tapping in a bookmark.

@ Panzerbjorn.. I set my @mac account to forward my gmail email via push. Works amazingly well, but as I use my gmail for sign-ups so I tend to get a lot of promotional content (own fault really). Oh, and the email alias is great for giving out to protect your real address

Best part about Mobile Me is setting up the phone.. 1 minute to enter your details, then wait while it syncs contacts, email and calendars. I'm still impressed when I restore.. the longest part is transferring my music and photos back :D

If they aren't going to bump this to 64GB next year then I am going to regret not buying one now..
 
Hmmm...not too impressed, told we'd get it tomorrow now (after it should have been here today but wasn't as they were too busy to process the order) and now get an email saying sorry, but once again there's a problem and you won't be getting it.

After talking to a number of other stores locally I found out that O2 stores have been told by Apple that they're not allowed to reserve them but it seems that my one is a franchise and they do what they want.

I found another one with them in stock and picked one up on the way home, it's restoring now :)

Yeah I had the same problem. Just went into my local o2 store and they only had white 32GBs left in stock so that made the decision easier for me. I wasn't overly keen on the white - I already had a black 3G and liked that - but white is not too bad. Can post side-by-side shots if you want to see any.

That said, I'll have the white one in some sort of skin so I'll never even see the back anyway.

Not here in Basingstoke at least. Popped down to my local o2 store about half an hour ago and grabbed one no problems. They didn't have black 32GBs left in stock though.
