Now all i need to find is a decent pair of headphones and the ones that come with the phone are ok but tend to hurt my ears after prolonged usage. Can anyone recommend me a pair?

Well i took the chance that my Simplicity sim would work, just back from town with a 16gb black iPhone 3g and i can report that it does

It activated in iTunes no problem, made a test call and sent a test text and all is ok. i can get the web at a decent speed as well now just have to sell the original iPhone the sim came out of now.

Thanks for clearing that up I have the exact same tariff and was wondering if the web bolt on would work with the iPhone as I had thought I had heard it doesn't
At least now if the price goes down and I go for it, my mind will be at bay

£30 for the nonsensicaly white dock (that's no longer included) was a laugh. This is more like it, and "only" a tenner, too.

I have the same dock as well, arrived pretty quickly from Hong Kong! Well impressed as it matches the colour of the phone as well.

James07, have you considered putting those two words into eBay's search facility? You can quite clearly see the same dock on the first page (Dock Cradle HotSync Charger Power for iPhone 3G 3G-Cha).

The answer to this from o2 was unfortunately 'yes' to losing it.

I went to look for the bolt-ons for unlimited browsing but it says 'Original iPhone only'. I thought the original iPhone wasn't officially available under Pay As You Go?
