I've added the Deluxe edition for £10 via Steam, figured why not as it seems to include quite a few ingame bonuses that seem good, for a game like this that's worthwhile from what I recall of playing it back on PS3.

Part 1 also includes the Left Behind prequel DLC which is also good, so getting a lot for your money.

Looking forward to playing this in glorious ultrawide on the qd-oled today. I've completed it 5 times across ps3/ps4/ps5 already but I'm still itching to give it another playthrough :D

I never finished it on the PS4, getting an UW monitor killed off my desire for playing games on a console.

So yeh, likewise looking forward to revisiting it, just hoping they've improved the somewhat clunky (to me) controls.

This remake has the control mechanics of Part 2 so much better, but once you get used to the original controls it's fine anyway. But we are on PC, so have a superior control method anyway which means should be no issue at all :p

Yeh, can't beat having an analogue gamepad! :p

This supports the PS5 pad as well (zero surprise there, being a Sony game), so will be using mine for the extra feedback.

I feel sorry for those who'll be playing this with with an ancient pointing device, with zero haptic or analogue feedbacks to enhance the playing experience. :D
