To be fair, this is a ten year old game - PS5 didn't even exist when this came out.The reports of PC gaming dying has been greatly exaggerated. If they make this for PC, why would I get a PS5?
PS4 didnt either!..... that said its still fantastic news the old sony back catelogue is coming to pc... and indeed am sure there is a reason but my understanding is, sony dont make a huge amount on the hardware anyway.... and with piracy on pc now being drastically reduced, i cant see a reason why more sony IP does not come to pc like xbox.To be fair, this is a ten year old game - PS5 didn't even exist when this came out.
If you are a gamer then what does it matter what you play a great game on? You are only going to miss out and have done so not playing something like The Last Of Us because it’s not on a certain platform. Yes you could possibly get a better experience on PC, but how many years has it been since its release? I wouldn’t be waiting. Most of the best games I’ve played have been on console which are all coming to PC hopefully one day, like Dead Space for example. I bought a Switch just to play Breath Of The Wild. I love games, not the system I play them on.The reports of PC gaming dying has been greatly exaggerated. If they make this for PC, why would I get a PS5?
for me it's about wasting money and buying a whole bunch of future E waste. I have done the whole impulse buy. I have a PS3 and a PS4 pro. both bought for games I rebought later on and both consoles have less than 100hrs use (combined) a total waste of money and silicon for me.If you are a gamer then what does it matter what you play a great game on? those devices would have been better going to someone else rather than gathering dust in my house.
I don’t see it as waste. After 100 hours sell them then you get something and so does the buyer. It’s a win win. I do however sometimes have the intention of using something I buy and never get round to it I suppose, I’m guilty of that.for me it's about wasting money and buying a whole bunch of future E waste. Well, the intro fee for playing The Last of Us was the cost of a PS3/4/5, then it was on the back burner for a while, since there isn't many/any other games that are my cup of tea on that platform. Also delayed getting a PS3 for a PS4 but then the fan was too loud for me and put me off, this problem was solved with PS5, but out of stock until recently. Consoles are great, but also some games are fixed at 30fps for example and aren't really my thing. I'm more of a mouse and keyboard guy than a controller guy.If you are a gamer then what does it matter what you play a great game on? I've just played the PS4 remastered version on my ps5 as it comes free with my online sub. It's a pretty good game but I'm not sure it's worth 50 quid to make pretty on my PC.
1 post above you is a link to the game for £35.
That does not include VAT I believe. I was about to buy a game from them recently, as you go to pay it add’s 20% on top at which point it becomes cheaper elsewhere.
I have mine and waiting patiently for this!Just in time for the 40xx GPU’s, hopefully
Just tried myself and yes, it adds the 20% for UK purchases £42.41 total.
